I have a couple of issues that need solving but apparently there is a pretty long queue on my server for a GM as my ticket has been open a couple of days. Firstly after downing Ragnoros the other night I didn't get my chapter of draconic for dummies after he died. It was just a couple of my friends and me and no one else had the quest so I know it wasn't the matter of someone else picking it up, it simply was not on his corpse. Secondly my mysterious egg from the oracles is stuck on "0 seconds" on the timer. Could either of these be resolved?
