Can't transfer my account characters.

I have two main activated accounts under the same batle.net account. One is Account A and the other Account B. I am trying to transfer a character from Account A to Account B, however it does not allow me to do so. In addition, I tried transferring a character from Account B to Account A, and it would allow me to. Could anyone please enlighten me as to why it doesn't let me transfer my Aposteriori character to my Account B account and how I may be able to solve this problem. If I type Account B in the account transfer, this error appears "The destination account in this transfer must be merged into a Battle.net account. Enter the name of a Battle.net account (not a World of Warcraft account) in this field. "

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on the account you're looking to transfer to, Lhurana?

When you're asked to enter the name of the account you wish to transfer to, are you entering the WoW account name or the Battle.net account name?

Try entering your Battle.net e-mail address, Lhurana. Once you've entered the e-mail address, you will be given the option to choose the account you would like to transfer to. :)

I truly do not see anything which would be restricting this transfer, Lhurana. I encourage you to give our Billing department a call to see if they are able to offer any further guidance in regards to this issue.
