Recruit a friend rewards

I did the recruit a friend who upgraded their account to full and paid for 3 months but I have not received any of the rewards. I have tried for 3 days to call the acts/billing department and all i get is a recording that says they are experiencing a large amount of calls and can not answer my call. I have also emailed but have not heard anything back. Any suggestions ??

Can you provide me the name and realm of a character on your recruit's account, Oopher?

Actually, while it looks like your linked recruit has upgraded his/her account to Wrath of the Lich King, he or she hasn't yet actually paid for any game time. If your recruit subscribed using a Credit Card, PayPal, or PaymentOne, this would make sense. Since these payments do not apply until both the 10-day free trial and 30-day game credit (received whenever your recruit upgraded his/her trial), your recruit simply hasn't been charged yet. :)
