Faction Change Payment Failure

Hi there,

Yesterday a friend paid for faction change for me using his credit card, since I do not have one. I got an email saying it email it had been sucessfully completed and the credit card was charged for $30.00 USD.

Today however, I received an email telling me that the character was locked pending review by Customer Support, as they were unable to process the faction change, and now I am unable to log onto my toon. :(

I tried calling blizzard and account services, but a voice told me there were no live representatives available to speak with and to try calling me back later. Is this the only option I have?

You will want to call Billing on this Formi. Something raised a red flag as suspicious and this was locked for your protection.

The best way to get through to Billing is to hit redial until you can get a spot in the queue. There are spots opening up all the time. Remember, they are also open 7 days a week, you may have a bit easier time on the weekends.
