Email to Blizz not responded to

I recently sent an email to [email protected] regarding the RealID feature. I have not yet gotten an email response. This has me a little worried, since, if I recall correctly, previous emails to Blizzard have at least generated an automatic email response stating that it was received. Should I resend the email? I don't want to send duplicate email, but it's important that it got through.

I do see that the e-mails were received, but it's likely that they are still waiting for more information to become available for public consumption before responding. Our teams will be sure to answer as many of these lingering questions as soon as possible.
