Reactivating an old account

I need help, I have an old account, the last time I used it was almost 2 or 3 years ago. I dont remember the e-mail and Im not sure if I have the correct username and password. All I have is my key code. When i tried logging in game I was directed to a site to have my account converted to a battlenet account. When I tried an error came out. I also tried opening a new b net account and tried to merge, it told me that the key is already tied down to a bnet account. I've already sent several messages to the blizzard support guys havent receive a response, its been like 3 days. Right now im just using a trial account, dont want to buy a new account yet til im sure my old aaccount can no longer be saved.
