Ok blizzard........Ok....

So.....I got hacked again......again.... unofortunately I did not buy an authenticator as I'm on vacation...

I'm guild leader of my Guild <Elemental Oblivion> on the Staghelm Server.

The hacker apparently did the maximum amount of damage possible. Which was completely destroy my guild that I've spent nearly a year of my life working on. A Year of my life....

Now.... I can't even comprehend how we'll recover from this.....there's no way.

Unless this can be resolved as a top priority thing I may have no choice but to quit playing WoW, this has reached a new level of ridiculousness, someone in my guild is hacked at least every week and this is the second time for myself....

I realize I could have taken steps to prevent this. I'm now feeling the concequences for not taking those steps....

Help....

While I, personally, cannot provide direct assistance with this issue, Spektral, I'd like to help ease your nerves a bit by telling you that we should be able to restore each and every item lost as a result of this issue-- including the items removed from your guild bank and the gold used to purchase guild bank tabs.

I encourage you to create a new guild while you wait for restoration to be provided so that you can organize your guild members and let them know what has transpired. Once you've done this, please open an in-game petition stating that your guild was disbanded during the compromise and that you would like the investigation team to look into the possibility of restoring your many losses and providing reimbursement for the guild bank tabs that were lost.

For more information on how to secure your computer and report your account as compromised please review the following articles:

If you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know.

Q u o t e:
I cannot get on the page, I'm getting a blank page saying "Service Unavailable" - Regardless of that fact, I'd be the hacker put an authenticator on my account, in which case I won't be able to access my account for some time, I'm currently going to have my best friend sitting here with me open a ticket if that's another option

That works, too! He's also welcome to re-create the guild while you try to get things under control, Spektral.

To have the Authenticator removed from your account, I'd suggest giving our Billing department a call using one of the following numbers:

Billing and Account Services
Live Representatives are available every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM PDT
    For phone assistance please call: 1 (800) 592-5499 || 1 (800) 59-BLIZZARD
    • Players in Australia should call 1-800-041-378
    • Players in Singapore should call 800-2549-9273

I sincerely apologize for the delays, but it's likely that the investigation process will take up to 8 to 10 days to provide the requested restorations. We will be unable to expedite this request ahead of customers who are experiencing similar difficulties. My apologies, Spektral.

You guys need to hire more people to answer phones as well.

This is definitely something we're actively doing, Spektral. We're working on beefing up our In Game Support and Account Services staff quite a bit, but it's important to remember that there are some logistical hurdles which can slow the hiring process a bit.
