I've been hacked

My account has been hacked on Saturday May 29th at 6:30am. Someone put an authenticator on my account and I know for a fact I never did that. My toons (if any are left) are:

It's difficult to say, Celwin. They would not be able to obtain this information through us, but if you had malicious software installed on your computer and have typed out this information, it's possible that they have acquired this information as well. You've done the right thing by sending an e-mail to our Billing department to ask that the Authenticator be removed from your account. As an alternative, you can call our Billing department during normal business hours which may a bit quicker. They can be reached using one of the following numbers:
