I'm so sorry to hear that your account might have been compromised, and that this might be causing any upset for you. I know how anxiety provoking a compromise can be, and hopefully I can help set your mind at ease a bit.

Now, with regard to the actual character and item restoration on your account? I think that you'll be happy to know that, while no restoration is ever guaranteed, that our staff do their absolute best to help our players make as full a recovery as possible in the wake of a compromise. That means that deleted characters and items will very likely be restored, and I see no reason that your account should be an exception =).

Just so that you're aware, wait times are ranging at about a week and a half or so, so please try to remain patient until your investigation can be completed. If you can, try to relax a bit - after all, your account is in good hands.

Tiësto lvl 77 Troll Shaman and......

Cësar an Orc hunter in the 20's can't remeber what lvl though. My hunter has bind on account shoulders and chest piece.

I do not know if my gear got destroyed, disenchanted, or vendored because my toons got deleted by a hacker so I do not know what happened to my gear on my toons.

Not to worry - we have logs which help us reverse the damage that these individuals can cause.
