hey, so i recruited my friend and he got the email and accepted it. after he bought bought the game for the free 30 days but we knew if you only had free days we wouldnt get the triple xp and all that slo he went and bought 2 months for 34 bucks or something and added that to his account. we figured we would get the benifits now and nothing has changed? (I still have a few days left on my 10 day trial but i am a full account)

also i just checked his account and when i refered him he accepted the 10 day trial and he has 4 days left of that, do we have to wait for that to run out before the benifits kick in?

What has happened is your friend has two accounts now.

The trial that is linked to your account from the referral and his other account which he created new instead of upgrading the linked trial. That one is NOT linked.

Does that make sense?

What he needs to do is contact Billing for further assistance with this.

okay sorry his account doesnt say its a trial it says its subscribed untill September because of the month free plus he bought 2 months. but i seen the date the he created his trial was the sixth and today is only the 10th does this change anything or does the blue post above ^^ still apply?

The one that is a full account won't say it's a trial. But he made a second account instead of upgrading the trial that is linked to your account.

He needs to call Billing to see if that can be adjusted.

when i log in i have to choice to select account number 1 or 2 one is my full account and 2 is my trial when he logs in he doesn't get that choice so doesn't that mean he only has one account?

Did he happen to be with you when that was setup - is his trial under your Battle.net?

he was with me when it was setup and no i don't think so because then we wouldn't be able to play together at all right? i have played with him and he had a trial on his own battle.net

Can you give me one of the character names/realms on the account?
