What went on with your account, Mehave, is it looks like it was compromised. This usually means that someone gained your account name and password, they would have logged in and removed any valuable items/gold you may have and sent the resources off to other accounts.
They then usually create characters on the account across multiple realms and use those to advertise to other players.
My recommendation, Mehave, is to check your system and make sure you don't' have any malicious programs/keyloggers. Once you have regained access to your account check your characters and report the compromise for further investigation. Current queue times are around 8-10 days for compromise investigations, please note we are getting though those investigations as quickly as possible and hope to have that time lowered.
Unless there was an unauthorized transfer you should be able to play normally while the investigation is ongoing, you will be contacted with the results of your investigation via registered e-mail.
