Incomplete Restoration - Help Please

Yesterday I posted a thread (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=25171673728&postId=251691803906&sid=1) about how my restoration was incomplete. I was advised to reply to the email Blizzard sent me telling them that I still had some things missing. I did so, and I also put in a ticket ingame. When I logged in today my ticket was gone and not escalated and I had received the following email:

Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment Support.

]We hope that the information that was provided to you was helpful in resolving your issue. Customer satisfaction is a top priority here at Blizzard Entertainment, and we would like your feedback on the level of service you have received. Your response would be very much appreciated.

Note how they talk about resolving my issue. I logged on and checked and neither character has gotten their stuff back. Would a blue mind explaining to me what the hell is going on? Will I have to sent in another email?

Actually, the issue in question was resolved, and while I hope that this is not too disappointing, no further restoration was available to the character in question. You were sent information regarding the restoration of that character as part of your general notification regarding restoration though.

Are you unable to see that character, or were you concerned that items were missing?

Nothing was restored on this character at all and I didn't not get an email for this character saying that they had even attempted to restore stuff for it like they did my other characters. Note that I also have a character by the same name on Bloodhoof that needed to get some gear restored, and that may be where the confusion is coming from.

Sorry for taking so long to reply; I was running ICC on my mage, I hope you're still there.

If an item was missed it is usually best to write to [email protected] or even submit another petition asking for a follow up. Simply state that X character is still missing items, list them if you are able to, and someone will check it out.

Though our goal is to repair 100% of the damage that was caused during an investigation we may not always be in a position to do so. There are times when we are simply unable to verify that loss. Follow my directions though and we'll take a look.

Can you confirm whether or not I am in the queue at this time or will I have to send another email?

It looks like your e-mail was received, Soultar. Once they are able to take another look they will let you know the outcome.
