do i lose all account bound pets? (war bot, celestial steed, etc)

also, is there a way to keep arena teams while doing so?

and finally, do achievement dates get reset (as they do with a faction transfer)

thanks!

Q u o t e:
what if i transferred to a new battle.net account?

Once an account is bound to a Battle.net it is very rare for it to be moved to another. Billing would need to look into that if it's necessary.

Q u o t e:
i meant, if i transferred some characters from one account registered in my name to another account registered in my name (but on separate battle.net accounts) -- is that not an option?

my account has had a rather colorful history, and i've been hacked a few times before.. and even worse, i'm pretty sure a few people know my secret question/answer (since i made it rather obvious). i've been looking to level an alt on top of that, so i figure RAFing a fresh account and using my (old/existing account) to level an alt would be ideal

can i do that?

You can, yes.

From Battle.net to Battle.net (if new) there is a 30 day period when no transfers can be done, however.

Wouldn't it be easier to set up a new and unrelated email and effectively change the Battle.net ID?

That is one advantage of Battle.net that the old system did not have. By simply changing your email you can change that account name.

If your desire is to setup a new battle.net account and new WoW accounts, new CD keys would be necessary to establish the new WoW account along with new expansion CD keys for any upgrades.

Again, this isn't necessary, just changing your current Battle.net email will change that account name.
