Hey there!
Account Name: ***
Realm: Emerald Dream
Character Name: Contradict
Guild Name: Synergy
Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department and for bringing this matter to our attention.
Unfortunately, after extensive review of your guild's reported losses, we were unable to determine that theft occurred. It was determined that the character(s) removing the goods was within acceptable withdrawal amounts.
We strongly recommend that guild withdrawal limitations are set to be more conservative to help prevent incidents like this occurring in the future. While we will make every effort to verify and restore your loss, the decision to go forward with a restoration is entirely at Blizzard's discretion. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused.
**** However, the reported character, Cuddlebug, is still being investigated and it does appear that their account was compromised. If we are able to verify the damages, we will assist in restoring everything possible to the guild leader! *****
For further information please check our Restoration Policy located at (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20457)
Thank you again for contacting us. We hope you continue to enjoy your experience in World of Warcraft!

So, 40k+ gold was taken from our bank before I was able to stop the process and now we're not getting it restored? Why?
The hacker was on Cuddlebug (whom is an officer) and was inviting, kicking and then reinviting an alt of the hacker (named Sudun). Sudun would get invited and he would be promoted by Cuddlebug to our officer alt rank, then procede to take 500 gold, get kicked, reinvited and do the same thing over again.
This is absolutely absurd if we cannot get that large amount of gold back.
