Technically, you may. When restoring items, gold, etc... on a character the tools we use require that character to be offline. You may play normally though, if your case is being worked on and we need you to log out we'll simply contact you in-game. :)

Looks like you are sitting at 8 days, Matiras. You can usually tell how far along you are by when you received the initial response letting you know that your case was forwarded for investigation.

Yep, you are around 7.5 days at the moment. :)

Unfortunately, we are usually unable to provide more than a generalized estimate as to how long it may take as queue times will vary based on a number of factors.

If you received an e-mail, Perpetually, you should be in queue. That e-mail is sent when your issue is forwarded. :) You are currently around 7 days.

Aye, both of these accounts have open investigations at this time, both a little over 4 days old at present.
