I have attempted to call all the provided customer service number to actually speak to a customer service rep of any kind at this stage and....nothing. have tried now for five days and at different hours of the day. My guild has as well. Several of us are having the same download issues. Yes, we have read forums and yes we have tried what support you offer via text but how about actually providing us anyone at all since we pay what we pay you as customers? I have played for 4-5 years now and this problem has only gotten worse with your success. It makes no sense.
Why list numbers that are always directed to a message that basically says...you are not taking calls now. Now meaning never it seems.
Please provide us here with a number where someone will actually answer that represents your company. It would greatly assist you in saving a few accounts from delete sinec we are paying for something we can't use. If that concerns you at all that is.
