Hi I already have one account "Inugami" with the RaF status with a friend of mine but hes not gonna play anymore. Another friend add me to play with him for the triple exp since hes always online. My question is can i merge the other account to this one without losing my new RaF status?

I dont mind losing the others chars from the old account if i merge to the new one.

Let me see if I'm understanding correctly, Puñetier. Your friend recruited you to play the game but has decided he no longer wants to play. As a result, you would like to link your account to another friend who plays more actively. Is that correct?

If so, I'm afraid that this is not an option. Only newly created accounts can be linked to another account. In other words, you would need to create a new account, or your active friend would have to create another account.
