BIG Problem With BoP Selling in Raiding

I want to bring this up as a very BIG concern to me. I am from Malfurion and there is a guild on there by the name of [removed]. On every raid run that that guild does for pugs, they make it to where every member can Need roll on ALL the loot, even if lower levels, like myself, need it. After they win the roll and you whisper them for the piece of loot that drops, they tell you that you either buy it or leave them alone. That to me is not fair and should not be allowed. How often do level 60s and 70s get to raid without 80s trying to A) Need roll for every piece of loot and sell it as if they made it or something or B) Ninjaing it for themselves, even when they know that they do not actually "Need" it. I also want to bring up the point of on every roll that is generated, the members of [removed] Need roll on it and ALWAYS win it. I think they they are hacking the rolls because on every run i have done with them, nobody else ever wins any of the rolls and it is starting to become a problem. I understand that if i want a fair roll, make a raid myself.....but it doesn't always work out with making a raid of my own. Can something please be done about this BoP trading? I understand it was done for the people that accidentally got a piece of loot and couldn't trade it before when someone else could have used it. But, this raid gear "selling" has gone too far. I would really like to get a response from a GM about this matter because i feel as if i have gotten screwed over many many times and i want to put an end to it. This game is made for skill and gear and only BoE gear and crafted gear should be sold.....not BoP gear that drops from bosses in a raid. I also want to point out that during the runs that that guild makes, the members of that guild treat everyone that is not in their guild like crap and we only put up with it because we want the achievement for that run or just simply try to roll for gear that we made need ( but never get). Like i asked before, can something please be done about this matter?

I sincerely apologize, but the Game Master staff will be unable to intervene when loot is distributed according to the rules that were clearly set forth by the raid leaders. While we would hope that everyone would behave in an admirable manner when it comes to loot, we will not redistribute loot or action players unless a scam has clearly occurred.

It sounds as if you are dissatisfied with the adopted loot rules, Talmallister. If the loot rules give all players the option to roll for an item regardless of spec using the Group Loot loot setting, then all players are eligible to roll and the item will be awarded to the highest winner. If you feel that we should remove the 2-hour buyback window to ensure that player are unable to sell items, we welcome to post on the Suggestions Forum. Please be aware, however, that this does not prevent players from rolling on items that you want; it only prevents them from trading the items after winning rolls.

There are no such things as "roll hacks." No player can manipulate their rolls in game. If you come across an advertisement or a website stating differently, you will quickly find that it is most likely designed to steal your account information or trick you into downloading malicious software.

In the future, please create or join a raid group which adopts a loot system more in line with your desires. The Game Master staff will be unable to assist in cases where you join a raid, agree to their loot system, but are unhappy with the results when loot is distributed in accordance to the rules.

Best wishes and good luck.
