Authenticator on My Account - Hacked

Blizzard,

On 6/3 I noticed that an authenticator was added to my account. I also noticed, using the iPhone Armory app, that all but one of my toons were naked. So, looks like I got hacked.

After researching it, I am guessing it happened last week. I was in Vegas and used the hotel public wireless to play. I am on a mac, and don't think I fell for any phishing scams.

Sooo... PLEASE HELP!

I tried calling yesterday and was told that you were not accepting calls. I sent an email, but never heard back.

I changed my Battle.Net password and the password to all my email accounts.

I will start using an authenticator as soon as this problem gets straighened out.

How likely is it that I will be able to get all my stuff/gold back?

Thanks!

See if you can access this now with your latest password, Kalmar.

You'll also want to go over the information below.

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.

These two stickies should prove helpful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
