Blizzard Charges on my CC that aren't mine

Hi,

I have the following on my CC that aren't mine. How do I fix this?

Should I contact my credit card company immediately? Can Blizzard fix this?

I have two active accounts, and I am sure these aren't mine:

One is monthly, next billing date is June 6th.
One is 6 month recurring, next billing date is July 31st.

Neither of my accounts could be these charges.

I show that the account you are posting from is paid through to 7/31/2010 at 11:26:00 GMT, Tunice, so none of those should be a subscription payment-at least not for this account. I do see a Faction Change and a Paid Character Transfer having been done within the last week, 5/28/210, so the charges may very well be a reflection of those. In the event that those paid services are the root of this, it is likely that the additional charges are “ghost” charges from failed attempts; if that is the case they should be refunded automatically.

It still is not a bad idea to get in contact with Billing & Account Services to ensure that everything is as it should be. You can get a hold of them from any of the below contact points, please note that it is likely they will be pretty busy in roughly three hours or so, due to the sale of BlizzCon tickets:
