Account 24 Hour Ban Keylogger

Hi,
My friend who plays a character on WoW had a keylogger on his computer. Blizzard recognized this and banned the account for 24 hours. However, he fixed the problem right away, and would like to play today. He wants to know if he can contact a GM in someway, seeing as he is unable to post on the forums or log in in anyway at the current time. So he asked me to post this for him.

There are times where characters on a compromised account will be used for malicious activities. When this happens, as it appears to have in your case, Dawood, the account to which these characters belong may be suspended, banned, or locked.

If your account was penalized for actions which occurred while it was compromised, the appropriate recourse is to contact our Account Administration department as soon as possible. Our AA representatives may be reached by email or by web form.
