Okay....so I transferred this character to the alliance side after I had gained all the rep achievements with the Horde side in the Argent Crusade. I had all the titles and was able to buy from all the city vendors in the Horde tent. I just recently did another faction change back to the Horde side with this character knowing fully well that I would have to re-do the rep grinding with the Horde cities to get those titles back (ie. Nefario of Thunder Bluff). The wierd thing is that the Horde city vendors are letting me still buy from them but I don't have the rep titles. I also can't seem to find the correct person to talk to to restart my rep grind. It seems that this character is caught somewhere inbetween having the achievement and starting it over. I've put up tickets on this subject a number of times for in-game help but I've been getting the runaround from GMs. Please help!!
It looks as if you should have access to these titles, Nefario. The title drop-down box has a scroll bar, so you may want to make sure you've scrolled all the way down. :)
