First, please try to remain calm. While I understand that you feel like this is an emergency and requires immediate attention, the damage is likely already 'done', per se. At this point, it's much better to try to relax, and take measured steps to secure your system, then go about recovering your account. After all, if your system isn't secure then this could happen again! Please carefully read the articles posted within the following sticky. Also, please don't worry about deleted items or characters. While restoration isn't ever guaranteed, you can be certain that our staff will do everything they can to help you make as full a recovery as possible. It does certainly help if the situation is reported promptly, and an email to [email protected] or an in-game petition can help set things on the right track.
