I work in customer support and I know what it's like to put out a great product and only hear tfrom the people who are upset about what it doesn't do. I have searched the forums and have seen nothing but complaints, so this is my attempt to at least give a you one bright spot in your post-maintenance blues.

Thank You, Blizzard. Thank you for making a phenomenal game that has stood up to every competitior for 6 years.

Thank you for maintaining a simply amazing forum community to keep communication lines open with your playerbase.

Thank you for creating unbelievable amounts of new content at no additional charge.

Thank you for not going emo and telling us where to stick it when we complain.

Thank you for employing some of the best talent in the industry to work on your games.

And thank you for doing it all for 50 cents a day. It never ceases to amaze me that I spend more on the soda I drink while playing your game than i do actually playing your game.

Don't let all the complaining get you down, guys. You're doing a great job, and the VAST majority of your subscriber base is thankful for it.
