Faction change bug/locked for days

My main has been locked and unplayable since Friday. I talked to Billing on the phone Sunday and they said there was a Database error, and it was convinced my payment wasn't recieved. (phone rep confirmed it had been) Not to mention the payment on my bank cleared yesterday(monday). You have my money, but my character is stuck. I was told that maintenance might fix it, but it's still not unlocking.

The characters name was Tychodus on Eonar.
His name is now TychodBDA779.

Please help me i'm starting to worry about this. :(

Edit: I did 2 faction changes last Friday, one worked and that's when my warrior bugged. I recieved an email simultaniously claiming Tychodus was complete, but he is still alliance with no option to change.. and renamed TychodBDA779.

Could you check your Account Management pages and see if you can cancel this from there, Tych?

This is still showing pending to me, although I cannot see into that system very far.

It's possible something a bit odd happened if the timing was just right on this and the service was impacted by the realms going offline for maintenance.

I'd recommend following up on this with our Billing Department.
