Time card already used?

Today i noticed i had only until June 11, before my wow time expired. I remembered i had bought a time card about 1 or 2 months ago that i had not yet used. So, i got on to the account management page and proceeded to enter in my time card. Although i had bought the card much earlier i had not yet removed the cover over the code to redeem the card. But, after i entered the code into the site, it gave me a message say that the time card had already been used. I know for a fact it has not been used. Do time cards expire after a certain amount of time after they are activated? Please help before i have to go out and buy another card. Thanks!

Are you certain that you entered the information correctly, Astian?

Game Cards should not expire so it should still be good. Try the card again and if you still have an issue please contact our Billing department. I'm not certain what can be done but they can usually check the card and see when and where it was used.
