My friends account got banned

hello,

my friend Buckwild of the Elune realm got banned on June 6/2010 and needs some help into finding out the details of his account closure.

"We are very sorry to inform you that your account occurred in the number of illegal transactions in a very long period of time. We have not received any complaints about your transactions. But if other players send complaints about your account to us, we will permanently ban your account. "

the above warning was the only one he found in his junk email box and it really does not make any sense because of the wording.

Buckwild said all he was doing was farming for mats for for reputation turn ins for the achievement - Insane in the membrane.

if I could please get some assistance on this issue as soon as possible that would be great thanks.

Verbatim, the email you posted would not have been from us.

That doesn't mean he doesn't have one from us on this.

We also cannot discuss accounts with a third party I'm afraid.

Your friend needs to email [email protected].

Also, pop open the routing header on the email you've posted above, where did it REALLY come from?

Unless you paraphrased what he thought that said, I suspect the one above is a phish.
