if the green eye was still on your map you can click on that and choose "teleport/leave dundeon" to get out even if your the last one in it.

As the others indicated, Omgnomgnome, your addon may have interfered with the option. You may try simply disabling your addons but if the issue persists you may want to try resetting your UI completely.
