Guild Officer Being Hacked

My guild officer on Thunderhorn <The Empire Struck Back> is currently being hacked. I do believe a friend is calling to notify him, but in the meantime the guild bank has been pretty much cleared out and his character has been in Hellfire Ramparts for 9 hours.

I put in a ticket, but does Blizzard usually replace guild bank things that get stolen?

In nearly all cases we're able to restore each and every item removed from the guild bank when we provide restoration, Kantara. Please be aware, however, that this process can take up to 9 to 10 days to complete, but we'll do our best to assist your guild sooner if possible.
