Am I still in queue for restoration?

Hello,

I have been hacked 8 days ago and reported both via the web form and petitioned in-game. I never really got a confirmation that my request was properly handed to the hands of the investigator team.

Now that I am in that 8-10days range, I can't help but wonder if my request is in queue or not, it would be pretty bad if I ended up waiting for nothing. When I log-in I don't see any ticket being still open and I have not received any confirmation by e-mail.

Can a GM confirm me if I am still in queue for restoration?

Indeed you do have an investigation still open, Korm.

It's currently at 8 days, 10 hours, so hopefully you'll be hearing something back on it fairly soon.

also I think they were doing it at the time because restore times were even higher then than they are now, and it was a way to either let them get back in the game quicker or wait for a full restore

I've not heard of us using a restoration package in quite some time.
