Second account banned, status update?

A second account of mine (which I am unable to post with) was compromised, and subsequently banned for exploitative activity. Three weeks ago, I contacted account administration and was forwarded to character specialists for further investigation. I have not heard back from them since then. I sent a follow up email to account administration through the web form a week ago and have not heard from them either. Is there anything I can do to find out the status of the investigation?

You should have received a response many days ago, but it seems your investigation may have stalled somewhere along the way. I believe you'll find that this has already been addressed for you, though. You may need to wait just a few moments for the e-mails to arrive, though. :)
