It looks like you recently submitted an in-game petition, Jellopudding, as long as you do not close out the petition your case will be forwarded and addressed.

We are not able to "rollback" a character. Characters are not saved as if you were playing a console game so we are not generally able to return you to a previous version of the character. Your case will be forwarded for investigation, there it will remain in queue until it one of our Investigation Team can get to it. Once that happens they will launch an investigation, checking out what happened while the account was compromised and working to restore what items/gold may be missing or characters that were deleted or transferred.

At the end of the investigation you should receive e-mails to your registered address with the results. Though no restoration is ever guaranteed they will do what they can to repair what damage that was caused.

More information on the compromise process and advice on account/computer security can be found here.

Hrm. Do I need to submit a petition for my restoration? I was speaking on the phone with billing, and they said to just wait when I mentioned submitting a list or whether l should make one of my own. Thanks.

No, you should be fine, Slainia, the Billing Rep forwarded your case. :)

Sorry to ask this instead of making a new thread, But did my account get esculated for specilist investigation? >< Sorry for asking

Absolutely, Rorel. You should have received an e-mail letting you know that they forwarded it for investigation. If you were unable to see it make sure to check your spam filter and junk folder.

I'm sorry to ask also but what is the status on my restoration? I haven't received any information on it (called it in Monday).

You may want to review the following support article, Wahid, an e-mail was sent to let you know that your case was forwarded for investigation on the 30th. :) It may have been stopped by your spam filter.

Rest assured you are in queue.

Yes, Haruhism, it means that your case has been forwarded for investigation. Also, for future reference, you only need to submit one petition, one from each character is not necessary. :D
