Upgrade payment question. Need to cancel.

So, I just recently upgraded my account from a trial to the full version.
But, I still have days on the trial left till the 11th. So, it says the upgrade is still pending.
Is there any way I can cancel this from being charged on my card? I paid for it online.

If you're trying to cancel the online upgrade, I'm afraid that the credit card may have already been charged, Narumi. Nevertheless, we may be able to offer you a refund if you call our Billing department using one of the following numbers:
