You have an amazingly clever youngster, Angus. I know a number of adults who have difficulty starting an account with the appropriate information. :) I'm not certain why you alerted the authorities regarding your son but I suppose that is something you'll need to sort out.

As an adult you may be aware that you are responsible for all actions taken by a minor child under your guardianship. However, please contact our Billing and Account Services department and they will be happy to assist you.

Q u o t e:
Thank you for your help
the police where called only to give my son warning
because it is a CRIME

and I would like to hear for a game master

That would certainly cause him to think twice before doing something like that again. :D

Good luck to you, Angus. I'm certain we'll be able to help, especially if the account(s) were recently created.

I'm sorry, Angus, I misunderstood your original inquiry. I was under the impression that your 7 year old recently created additional accounts. It appears your 7 year old created this account back in 2007 and leveled 4 characters to 80. I'm not certain if he was 7 when he did it or was 4 but either way, that is impressive.

To be clear, we do not delete accounts, though we may be able to disable it, removing payments methods, etc. . . . I still recommend that you contact our Billing department as they are your best point of contact in this regard.

Again, good luck to you.
