Error 202: Trial Account Upgrade

I am posting this from my BROTHERS account as my trial has expired on mine and does not allow me to post....

While trying to upgrade the aforementioned trial account, i receive an error message 202 stating that my CC information cannot be processed. What's up? It's legit, do you not want my money?

Much help is appreciated.

P.S I have also emailed support, but business hours start at 8am and end at 8pm. Thus, I am screwed and bored.

"Error 202" usually indicates that the provided payment method is incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system (in this case, a digital upgrade). This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing, Vehnum. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.

In these situations, it's sometimes best to first ensure that the account's billing information is up to date. If everything looks solid, then you're welcome to contact our Billing & Account Services department by phone.
