Loot Transfer

I won a badge from Saurafand to upgrade T-10, even though I was top roll and several people had received more than one item in that run some people complained that I should not have been given the badge. ( I was not Loot Master)
Whispered person who was second high roll and started a conversation about the issue, but they left the group and logged off after telling me that they did not think it was right...After the raid I thought more about it and decided the fair thing to do would be to offer it to them. Person was logged off.

I opened a ticket the day after the raid, but never received any response...

10 days later I started being harassed by many other players regarding this raid, and being called a ninja.
I don't really care what the children who wait 10 days before harassing me think, they are all on ignore now. But would still like to do the right thing towards the other person who rolled top.

Is there a way for Blizzard to remove the item from my gear and Transfer to the other party?
