***Wondering about your restoration time?***

The current restoration time is from 11 - 14 days, roughly.

If you've put in a restoration query, you are in the queue. Your spot does not automatically disappear for any reason.

Your restoration will happily be done when your spot in the queue comes. They will try to restore the account to a point that is verifiably equal to the last known point the account was under your control.

This does not mean everything will be intact.

If you have any questions, the best way to get them answered is to send an email to [email protected].

(TL;DR: Please use the proper means of communication. Also, have a little patience? ^^;)

The current wait time is going to be more accurate; however, I'm not going to say that the 7 to 11 wait time is an impossibility.
