I've seen blues post on other hacked-person's posts telling them if their ticket was in the process of being resolved and I was wondering if someone could do something similar to me. I got hacked, made a GM ticket and they quickly answered saying that my ticket moved onto the next step. After that my ticket disappeared and a GM survey popped up. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what happened to my ticket.
(I got the authenticator app after I got hacked)

I do apologize if that survey is confusing. Those go out automatically from many things, if a petition gets transferred, email is sent, etc. I know on a more complex issue that cannot be initially resolved those can sometimes be puzzling.
You do indeed have an investigation open. It's currently 5 days and 11 hours old. We are still hovering around 8 - 10 days (slightly towards the higher end) on restoration investigations. That queue can go either way fairly quickly. Really just depends on the types of investigations ongoing at any given time.
Once your Specialist has investigated this, they will send you a detailed email(s) on exactly what was done.
