Faction change mail error

Hey there guys, I was wondering if you could purge my mail box? It's been about an hour since I've been attempting to faction change my Warrior Matruko on Boulderfist, I've had the mail error before and assumed it was my addons as usual or my auction house, but after turning off the mods and re checking my own mail box, nothing there and still nothing on getting rid of the error.

I also saw a previous poster who had friends send mails to myself, which i just got on an alt to send myself a mail and delete it, as well as receive one and still cant faction change...

I'm sure it's just spam in my box, plz help!
