Parental Controls Bug

There are no parental controls set up on any of my accounts. When I attempt to log in it says "Access to this account is currently restricted by parental controls."

First time ever having this problem-

I have attempted to set up parental controls to specifically allow access but this has not worked.

I have tried to call but get some "Emergency billing" something something message and get hung up on.



I saw that there were several other posts but none with any help or written in a non inflammatory manner.


Anyone anyone?

I am able to see that you have a Customer Schedule set up under the Parental Controls systems, mate, but if you are experiencing trouble with the controls set up as you would like them to be, then you are going to need to contact Billing & Account Services:

Hours of Operation: 7AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday

As for your issue, Baileylynn, it appears to me that your account does not have the Parental Controls activated at this time, which could have led to the confusion when you tried to contact us. :0/
