Character Restoration Queue?

I know that the queue is supposed to be 8-10 days, but I've never seen a clarification as to whether that's "business days", Blizzard working days, or just days in general..

My account was compromised on Sunday 5/30, and I reported it that morning. Is there any way I can receive clarification as to how long my account has been in the queue, and whether it is nearing the top?
