Ok, I know I've been putting this off for a while I had an old recruit a friend account and never actually got my zebra mount. I was told a while back to get in touch with billing but every time a I called I was put on hold and at the time I only had a cell with limited minutes.. I am Going for the mountain of mounts achievement and every mount helps...

As the others have said, Dracosolarus, the mount is redeemed by you after you qualify for it by visiting the Recruit a Friend page. I am sorry for whatever confusion may have been caused. Unfortunately we are unable to grant the previously offered mount.
