Compromised/banned account

I am not one to be impatient, but I would like to make sure everything is rolling on my account being given back to me. Ya know, make sure there isn't something waiting on me to do.

the character name is MyDivinity server is Burning legion (A)

Account was compromised and then banned. called support a few days back, the guy I spoke with said everything was cool, and that he would send me a new password (that I haven't gotten just yet), and forward the issue up to the GMs to see about getting account unbanned.

My question is, is the wait time for getting accounts unbanned still roughly 10 days? And then another 10 days on top of that to get the items restored, if any?

once again, before everyone flames me, I am just asking, just want to make sure 2 months don't go by and then all the sudden find out I was suppose to email someone extra.

This was put to the investigation queue 4 days and 12 hours ago, Hope, so it is in process.

This looks like it happened back in January, that may complicate things just a bit. The sooner a compromise is reported, the better chances of a good outcome on recovery.

Right now, that queue is running at the high end of 8 - 10 days, so it will likely be some time yet before you hear from your Specialist.

It looks like you yourself have requested password changes, those never came through? If they didn't you may want to check your spam filters and make sure your email isn't auto-forwarding off somewhere. If we have your current email, you should have received those.

Those are normally dealt with at the same time.

It couldn't hurt to send an email to Account Admin, but this really should be looked into with your compromise report.

If they need more information or documentation from you they will request it.
