Keyfob authentictor de-syncing

Having an issue with one of my accounts where 2x this week where i've had to call customer service to have one of my keyfob authenticator's "re-synced" so i can log in. After spending 2 hours mashing the redial button to get thru and another 40 min on hold to have it re-synced neither rep was able to tell me if the problem is on your end or with the keyfob authenticator. Any blue's or anyone else here able to explain if i have a bad authenticator (6mos old) or something wrong on blizz's end??

It sounds as if your Authenticator is falling out of sync, Trinur. As far as I can tell, this is a fairly rare occurrence which happens on a per Authenticator basis. If this happens again, I strongly encourage you to discuss the possibility of obtaining a replacement Authenticator with our Billing department. Please tell them that the issues you're experiencing are ongoing and you would like a replacement sent to you to ensure you do not have to worry about it happening again.
