Hacked!

Hi. So I didnt get hacked. My brother did. The guy stole his acct and put an authenticator on it. However. he had a toon in my accts bank alt guild. and the guy stole everything out of it. So all my stuff is gone.

The balk alt name is _________ This happened about an hour ago from the log in my guild bank. Please Help!

I know that it can be difficult to reach our Billing department by phone, but it is the quickest way to have an Authenticator removed from your account. I encourage you to continue calling one of the following numbers:

I see that your petition has been received, Voodoo. Once a Game Master has had an opportunity to look into your request, the information will be forwarded to our investigators who will attempt to restore everything within a 9 to 10 day period. I know the wait can be grueling, but I encourage you to remain as patient as possible.
