My friend was banned a few days ago permanently for "being part of multiple accounts accuse of real-life economy trading". However, the ban is unjustified, as my friend merely sent gold from her level 1 bank alt to her friend's level 1 bank alt in means of getting another guild bank started. Her friend was going to start leveling and get serious about the game, so she gave him gold to make it easier to do. My friend barely even plays on the server anymore, so she figured she did not need the gold anyway. Now she's logging on to see that she's perma-banned.
When she contacted account administration, they just kept giving her the same answer over and over that "it was investigated and the same conclusion is being drawn". This is now four days of game play she's lost due to this unjust ban, and AA is no help at all.
Is there someone higher up she can speak to about this, or possibly a way to get this escalated? When she asked to have it escalated, they simply replied with another "we reviewed again and drew the same conclusion"
I mean come on, I know what the ToS says, but this is really unfair.
