Back in January I decided to quit World of Warcraft for some reasons that mattered to me In-Real Life so I made the decision to cancel my subscription on January 31st or February the First. I played until around the 6th of January which was when it ran out and that was it. And then I quit!. I had McAfee Installed on my computer and AVG AntiVirus which kept me safe. But sadly my McAfee subscription ran out sometime in March, so I was unprotected and was for quite a while. But then after around 4 months I decided to come back to World of Warcraft again. So I decided to log onto my account on Worldofwarcraft.com to access my account management and I find that there is a Authenticator set on my account which i can 100% guarantee I did not buy or obtain an Authenticator. So that could only mean one thing I was hacked. I don't know who did it though, might of been an Asian Gold Farmer or just a Hacker but i can assure you Blizzard that I did not buy an Authenticator for my account. So then I ask for it to be removed on the "Technical Support" Forum and after 3 days of patiently waiting it had been removed. So I log into wow on around the 30 or the 31st of May and find that I am able to log back onto my warrior, so I was happy for a brief period of time. So then on the 1st of June I decide to buy the Celestial Steed Mount from the US Blizzard Store for my Warrior on my main account. (If you need the receipt or credit card details to prove that I did buy it I can 100% give them to you). Then the next morning I wake up and log into WoW and find that I have been permanently Banned for "Exploitive Activity". I could not believe my eyes and asked myself why was I banned? I have never botted in my whole WoW Period of Playing and I was distraught and this and sent an email to the Account Administration Department on the 2nd of June and have not received a reply yet so I am going to write this. I checked the armoury to see if my warrior is still there and he is and I look at recent activity and find there is no achievements for the last 4 months and that isn't like me (achievement nub). Also I checked my professions when I got my Celestial Steed and noticed my Mining was at 450 when I remember before I quit I only had Herbing and either very-low level mining or Alchemy or Blacksmithing or Jewelcrafting, but I never had 450 Mining before I quit. Although I did have it very early in WOTLK. So of course I was very angry that I had been banned for Nothing that I did. Also all of my other characters were deleted except my Level 1 Bank alt orc shaman on Khaz'goroth "Unity" and my Warrior on the same account "Bluefrost". I had a level 19 Twink Hunter called Lifshot and a Level 70 Death Knight called Gladi.
Overall I state and swear on my life and cross my heart and hope to die that I have never ever Botted or Cheated in WoW in my life. Blizzard I am trying to prove to you that I am the real owner of the account. I can supply you with anything you need to ensure that I am the rightful owner of the account. I give give you anything such as Credit Card Info and Screenshots to prove I am the rightful owner as I quit wow for 4 months had more characters on my account and did not have 450 mining.
Blizzard I hope you take into account everything that is here as I would be a God send for you to return my account to you and unban it. As I type right now I am running my AVG AntiVirus or look for anything that is suspicious and I am going to buy an Authenticator 100% if I get my account back.
