I'm terribly sorry to hear that your account has been compromised, Crowely. It's truly an unfortunate issue and you have my sympathies. Unfortunately, however, I will be unable to expedite your request as each in-game petition is addressed in the order it was received. We're actively working to increase the size of our Game Master and Account Services staffs, and will continue to do so until we are able to more adequately support the demand for our service. I ask for your patience, though, as the hiring process can take time and will require us to overcome a number of logistical hurdles.
Our Game Masters will do their absolute best to restore any items lost as a result of this issue--including the gold spent to purchase your guild and guild bank tabs. I encourage you to create a new guild in the intermediary so that you and your guild maters are able to stay in close contact with each other during the restoration process. For more information on the restoration process, I encourage you to review the following article:
What to do if Your Account Has Been Compromised http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/30796 We actually take a number of pro-active measures to help protect our players; however, compromised accounts do not originate at Blizzard Entertainment. If your account has been compromised, your account information has been gleaned as a result of a security issue that originates on your computer, a computer you use to log into your account, a compromised e-mail address, by sharing account information with other players, or by using the same account information to sign up for various web sites and services. This is by no means the fault of you, the player; it's an unfortunate situation all around that can be difficult for even the most experienced players to avoid. Nevertheless, we continue to implement pro-active solutions and develop resources such as

If you have any specific suggestions on how we can help our players secure their accounts, please feel free to share your thoughts on the Suggestions Forum. We'd greatly appreciate any fresh ideas and encourage you to let us know what you would like to see done.
Our Game Masters will attempt to provide a complete restoration of your losses within the next 9 to 10 day (based upon the current average wait time). If possible, they will restore your items sooner, but the 9 to 10 day average is fairly accurate at the moment. If you have any questions between now and then, please let us know.
