Recently while I was looking over my bank account I was charged another 15$ for another month of WoW
I log into my account on account management and its still set to auto cancel. So you guys screweed up and Owe me money, im not going tow ait on some 48 hour email process. You guys screwed the pooch on this one, Fix it. If I have to make some phonecalls they wont be pretty.
Im sure you can even check the login logs etc.
