Rank 2 officer hacked,withdraw limit exceeded

One our guild rank 2 officers was hacked last night. we have rank 2 officers limited to 250g withdrawls per day. Yes, i am one of those officers, i am posting on an alt, though this chars forums info isnt anywhere near up todate.

During the hacked time, how did he pull out at least 17 stacks of 250g out of the guild bank in less then 1 hour? Pretty much the log is so flooded it is pretty clear he took out over 30kgp in less then one hour. Also he exceeded his regular bank withdraws as well. Not quite sure how this is possible.

We have a in-game petition from our rank 1 officers, as our GM is on a RL break. Also something else we noticed when the hacked officer checked in on our guild forums, he let us know his account was disabled at the time as he had canceled his payment and not renewed for around 2 months. it was apparently reactivated but not by him.

He has also sent a petition email in.

Is there anything else our senior officers need to do?
